Welcome to Swann Ranch

Beginning in 2000, our family embarked on a journey to build a world class hunting ranch. After years of hard work and dedication, Swann Ranch has evolved into a true first-class Texas game ranch.

Swann Ranch is located in Callahan County, Texas, covering 1,500 acres. We have seven miles of game-proof fencing encompassing the ranch. The landscape consists of a large wet weather creek, ten stock ponds, hilltop live oak groves, bull mesquite flats and thick brush thickets. Swann Ranch boasts an exceptional environment for growing trophy Texas whitetail deer and Rio Grande turkey.

It is our passion to offer our guests an exceptional hunting experience. This includes nurturing a mature whitetail deer herd, restricting hunting pressure, offering world class accommodations and providing our guests with genuine Texas hospitality.
