Hunting at Swann Ranch

At Swann Ranch, we offer a limited number of trophy whitetail deer and Rio Grande turkey hunts each season. We have been under a strict wildlife management program since 2000, incorporating game proof fencing, protein, food plots, heavy browse promotion and selective harvesting. Each of our hunting guests is personally guided by one of the Ranch guides. We offer our guests a choice of twelve Atascosa Corporate Blinds from which to hunt.

3 Day Hunting Schedule

Our hunting package includes a maximum of four hunters. To insure hunting pressure is kept to a minimum, we only allow four hunting parties per season, with a minimum of two weeks between each scheduled hunting group.

We recommend that our guests arrive the evening prior to their first scheduled day of hunting. Guests may depart the morning following their final day of hunting.

Trophy Whitetail Deer Hunt Pricing

Base Hunting Fee - $3,000

The Base Hunting Fee includes lodging, three full days of guided hunting and all meals. For Trophy Whitetail Bucks scoring over 140”, please refer to the pricing schedule below.

A 50% deposit ($1,500) is required at the time of booking. The remaining Booking Fee ($1,500) will be due two weeks prior to arrival at the Ranch.  Any buck taken will be scored and priced by the Swann Ranch head guide based on the Gross B&C score. Trophy fees for any buck scoring over 140” must be paid before hunter departs the Ranch.

Add-On Hunt Fees

Gratuity is not included in the Pricing at Swann Ranch. We Recommend 10% of the total hunting fee as gratuity to be split between your guide, cook and housekeeper.

Agreements

Two weeks prior to arrival at Swann Ranch, guests must sign and agree to the Swann Ranch Hunter Form. This form details all pricing, ranch policies, guidelines, rules and liability indemnification.
